An Introduction to Integral Spirituality

    Ken Wilber, the much acclaimed founder of Integral Philosophy, has discovered that there are 3 separate dimensions of human consciousness development:

     1) Growing Up > Arise to higher stages of spiritual intelligence

     2) Waking Up > Using meditative practices to awaken to our
                                             oneness with God and each other

     3) Cleaning Up > Discover & heal our psychological shadow

     To attain the fullest expression of our True Self, we need to cultivate and transform all 3 dimensions of our consciousness. According to Ken Wilber, there is no traditional religion or traditional spiritual path that includes all 3 dimensions in its teachings.  Thus, they all are incomplete.
