Healing Yoga & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Please join us in the Chapel to enliven your Chakras while practicing yoga to the sound bath of healing vibrations of the crystal bowls with Christar Damiano. This Class meets for multi-level yoga at 9:30 am and again at 11:00 am for chair yoga.
