Online Mindful Parenting Class
In this weekly online class, we will see how the challenges of parenting can become opportunities for our spiritual awakening.
We will explore how emotional intelligence in parenting needs to begin with one's self. As we learn how to accept and explore emotions in ourselves and others, we are able to build deep and meaningful relationships, full of trust and intimacy.
